1. Your item(s) will be made and shipped in the next 2-5 days (unless you have selected "the next day shipping). The prrocessing time depends on the time we need to make your order. We do not have storage and we make everything "fresh";) We use Latvijas Pasts services. You will get a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can follow your order's shipment details by yourself.
2. Approximate usual delivery in Europe is 3-6 days, USA, Canada - about 11-17 days, the rest of the world - about 12-20 days.
3. If you have any questions, special requests, or adds to your order (like fragrances, EO, butters etc.) feel free to write to us, using "Contact" page.
